HMH hotel group is in the mission of acquisition of management contracts. This corporate position is created for expanding the HMH portfolio in the GCC , Africa, India and East Asia.

This Corporate Leader will be positioned in UAE and play a critical role of identifying new opportunities, assisting with the negotiation process, building relationships with new property owners. He will be directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of HMH hotel group. This position needs a high talent with an Insight to Global business, passion to champion business opportunities, and a strong drive to make the grand results.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Prospecting new hotel projects/owners/sites for signing up management contracts in the GCC , Africa , India and East Asia.
  2. Assessing and evaluating new projects for management agreements, and build the portfolio 
  3. Develop and execute a pipeline of category projects to drive continuous improvement, value, innovation, and cost benefits to HMH hotel group.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of key supply markets and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  5. Build sustainable competitive advantage for HMH company in the countries we are represented in.
  6. Manage contracts to optimum performance levels.
  7. Conduct market research for hotel projects in new markets.
  8. Provide leads for new business accounts and projects.
  9. Guide, lead and support key negotiations and execute commercial contracts liaising with legal department.
  10. Build and expand business networks, maintain relationships with key business decision markers, investors, consultants, tourism authorities, financiers, and business leaders in the various target regions.
  11. Deliver effective business presentations to influence global business leaders and hotel owners.
  12. Strategically executing the company’s vision in growth and development.
  13. Represent HMH in various investment shows and events.


• MBA qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel business - asset management & development, or hotel / hospitality consultant with Global Hotel Chains & well reputed hotel companies.
• High proficiency of English and spoken Arabic, strong presentation and communication skills required. Other foreign languages preferred.
