Your day to day

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team! As a Demi Chef de Partie, your main responsibility is to support overseeing a section in the kitchen with the Chef de Partie. In the absence of the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible to deputize the role and lead the team of Commis. You will be responsible in ensuring that the kitchen team follows the recipes, procedures and HACCP compliance at all times. You will be leading the Commis team and ensure that they are at their best to deliver what is expected of them to delight our guests.

What we need from you

Good command of English is a must. Arabic language is an advantage Diploma in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts At least 1 year experience in same role Ability to use different cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes Ability to do multitasking and work under pressure Good HACCP knowledge and implementation Ability to handle a team of Commis
