Key Accountabilities:

·Implementing and managing the digital marketing strategy of the HMH Hotel Group and managed properties, enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic, increasing direct bookings and generating followers across all platforms.

·In consultation with the COO, implements the digital marketing strategy for the HMH Hotel Group and FH properties.

·Delivers a marketing calendar for HMH and each of the assigned properties based and the strategy and required activities.

·Co-ordinates the SEO/SEM plans for the HMH website and assigned properties.

·Develops and executes SM/DM strategies based on the overall HMH/Property objectives.

·Effectively and efficiently developing and managing short- and long-term marketing communications campaigns and initiatives driving direct business support for all the properties

·Identifies and executes paid social media campaigns through assigned media suppliers.

·Ensuring all communications and PR strategy of hotels are in line with the company’s corporate strategy

·Driving marketing initiatives for new projects promoting the Brand and its values

·Manage all online channels, media partnerships, agency contracts and create awareness to drive revenue online

·Manage the relationship with press and media, develop content, distribute appropriate information and visuals for publications and posts

·Develop loyalty programs, roll out and maximizing revenue through effective utilization of Loyalty programs.

·Manage, strategic partners and e mail / media communications through planned promotions.

·Reviewing auditing and approving all communication content before distribution

·Driving business and awareness of products and services through marketing campaigns

·Produces a detailed monthly report on the activities across all platforms and for all the properties.

·Produces a detailed monthly report on the competitive activities and present recommendations accordingly.

·Collaborates with hotel teams to identify requirements/opportunities that can be facilitated through SM/DM at the planning stage to set them as a part of the Marketing Calendar.

·Establishes, maintains, and expands the group’s customer database.

·Develops a strategy to promote seasonal sales initiatives to the group’s database.

·Develop commercial / loyalty programs and roll out effectively across the group

·Budgets for and oversees all photography and videography requirements according to HMH guidelines.

·Develops a network of SM influencers to be utilized throughout the group.

·Manages, refreshes, and maintains online content, social media tools and image library of the properties on the website and SM vehicles.

·Through robust marketing solutions, activations and campaigns positions each of the hotels and their outlets at the forefront of DM Strategies.

·Proactively develops and monitors Social Media campaigns to improve awareness, engagement, bookings, etc.

·In liaison with the General Manager’s analyses areas of underperformance within the hotels and outlets and identifies opportunities to improve the overall perception, footfall, revenues, etc.

·Works closely with Revenue and Distribution team to measure the ROI on direct booking campaigns – regardless if paid or not – and measure the extent of their success and immediately do the changes.

·Follows the set communication protocol and approval process adhering to the policies and procedures

·Any other duties assigned for a business need , reasonably concerned with the position and expertise.

Qualifications:

·Marketing Degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized tertiary education institute with a minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel industry.

·Digital Marketing Specialist / Google Analytics certified would be an advantage.
