MENU CONSULTANT – CONTRACT ROLE, ABU DHABI!
My client is a niche, upmarket café concept and we are looking for a Menu Specialist / Consultant for a 3-6 month contract.
This contract will involve updating the menu, NPD, market analysis, staff training, cost analysis … and just making sure that the best food is offered throughout all their venues.
We are looking for a talented Head Chef who has good experience with International cuisine and is available at short notice.
You must be very up-to-date with current food trends, dietary requirements and good knowledge of the local tastes and palates.
Salary package Offered: AED20-30k all inclusive pm
