BRAND COMPLIANCE MANAGER - RESTAURANTS, DUBAI BASE!

Delighted to be working with this luxury hospitality group who are expanding globally and are now looking for a Brand Compliance Manager (BCM) to lead the finalization of all brand master manuals across the brand portfolio, as well as governing the execution and brand compliance of trading licensed and owned businesses.

This role would suit a Strong Restaurant Manager who has worked in high-end, high volume restaurant operations, has experience in compiling operating manuals and who enjoys training the team.

Requirements for this role:

• Higher level of education and market leading profile sector experience;
• A proven track record in operational management, brand standard management or the equivalent.
• Experience within a similar brand standard or brand compliance role combined with experience;
• Extraordinary eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to performance target;
• Excellent operational and analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly;
• Hands-on, problem solving and curious mind-set;
• Native or high level written or spoken English.
• Great flexibility and adaptability in working in a multicultural environment
• Must be able to travel and work freely in Europe too

Salary Package: AED20-25k pm plus medical, flights, visa etc
