Commis 2 (Indonesian Chef)
Job Description
To carry out daily and weekly procedures, including temperature checks, food labeling/dating and storage. To remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or its equipment and report any problems to a senior chef.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role in a Restaurant or Resort/hotel environment. Experience in UAE is desirable.
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
