Cluster General Manager - Georgia Hotel Projects!

Super duper opportunity for a strong Hotel General manager to take on this Cluster role and further develop business in the region!

I am interested in chatting to Hotel Manager or Hotel General managers who have experience in the region.

This job role will be a cluster position and you will be fully responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, new business development, new openings and working closely & supporting all departments & teams.

We need the following experience, attributes and skills for this role:

• Must be a current Hotel General Manager and ideally have cluster or multi-site experience
• F&B background is preferred
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Be hands-on and have the ability to get things done.
• Hugely passionate about all aspects of hospitality and very up-to-date with current trends
• Mentor and inspiring leader to your team
• Financially savvy operator with good contacts in the region
• Must have experience in the region and speaking the languages beneficial but not essential

Salary and Other Benefits: Monthly Salary EUR pm (NET Salary) plus medical insurance and company cell phone.
