CLUSTER F&B DIRECTOR - GEORGIA!

Very excited to be working with this creative, forward-thinking Hospitality Group and we are currently looking for a Cluster F&B Director for Georgia where they have good expansion plans.

This job role would suit a Georgian National or someone who has recent experience in the region.

In brief, this job role will involve overseeing all the culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations in their current portfolio and be involved with all new openings too. You will set up the foundations for the operations department by defining strategies, goals and objectives for the department and each team member. As DOFB, you will also be required to build win/ win partnerships and collaborations with local partners, businesses and suppliers to develop new revenue generating opportunities or branding.

We need the following experience, attributes and skills for this role:

• Multi-site experience is essential for this role and multi-brand is beneficial
• Strong hotel and F&B experience is needed for this position
• Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
• Be hands-on and have the ability to get things done.
• Hugely passionate about all aspects of F&B and very up-to-date with current trends
• Mentor and leader to your team
• Financially savvy and able to work to budgets, whilst not compromising on top quality products, food and service

Salary and Other Benefits: Monthly Salary EUR 2’500 - 3’000 (NET Salary) plus medical insurance and company cell phone.
