Collaborate in all hotel's needs, specifications and standards in operating kitchen equipment such as dishwashers to wash designated restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment in all kitchen areas. Assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment. Complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.
Any combination of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively fulfill the duties of this job description.
Two years of experience in similar operation.
Computer Skill & Other Technical Skills:
Ability to utilize computer software and hardware as required.
Ability to learn, utilize and communicate effectively via company issued communication devices (e.g. Resort Radios, etc).
Advanced ability to comprehend and speak English to understand and respond to information and address advanced guest requests required both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of additional language(s) preferred.
Licenses or Certifications:
Must be customer-service oriented and have excellent hospitality skills.
• Coordinates all Kitchens to support back and front of the house operations
• Maintains on time delivery of clean and sanitized equipment to requisitioning department
• Responsible for the cleanliness of all back of the house F&B areas
• Responsible for the pest control program for the entire F&B operation - both front and back of house
