The Company

This is a luxury and gourmet retreat, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Burren, northwestern County Clare, Ireland. The stunning 18th century manor house is set in its own established and lovingly attended gardens, and has spectacular views that stretch across the Burren to Galway Bay. It has 21 bedrooms and suites. It is multi awarded and the restaurant has 3AA Rosettes.

The Requirements for the Waiter/Chef de rang

A passion for food, food trends, local produce and producers

The ability to work and get along as part of a close-knit team

Chance to learn and progress in an award-winning company

Ideally 2/3 AA rosette experience or experience in Michelin star restaurants

Good English required

What is offered for the Waiter/Chef de rang

Hourly salary up to €13.50 per hour plus tips €7k this season

Free meals and Wi fi.

Accommodation at €60 per week and €30 a week back at end of season. They provide all meals breakfast and dinner, and all bills are included.

40/48 Hours weekly with 2 days off. Shifts are a mixture of both straight and split.
