S&S Officer/ CCTV Operator- Female

Scope of Work: To operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV, within the control room in a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained by compliance with Hyde quality standards and legislation.

Job Responsibilities: 

•Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees, and property premises. 

•Responsible for keeping vigilance over the CCTV monitors. 

•With Sense of Urgency and knows how to take prompt action, using available tools to alert and direct the nearest Security Personnel to the scene and deal with an urgent situation.

•Ensure that the CCTV equipment is in good working condition when taking over duty.

•Effective surveillance of resort CCTVs and immediate reporting to supervisor in case of equipment damage in control room. 

•Reporting any safety & security policy or procedure breach by guests, colleagues or contractors.

•Responding and handling fire and other emergency alarms. 

•Handling all incoming calls & information and forward to the concerned person 

•Maintaining CCTVs and fire alarm related log books and documenting all incidents/accidents.

Job Specification: 

•Diploma/Industry Based Certification/Certification in CCTV either from DPS or PSBD. 

•1-2 years relevant experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the UAE. 

•Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required. 

•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. 

•Highly responsible & reliable.
