Job Title: General Manager (Catering)
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
Location: Amsterdam

This independent food service provider is looking for a General Manager for one of its biggest operations in Amsterdam with over 1000 covers daily! They are all about personalized service, passion for food, and high-quality ingredients which is why they have a massive influence in the UK market and across Europe. They are modern, adapting to new trends, and always thinking of ways how to support their employees!

About the role:

• Maximizing commercial opportunities
• Supporting and coaching the team
• Monitor financial targets and make sure they are met
• Communicate with the client and implement suggestions/feedback
• Working with the Operations Manager to prepare budgets and cost control
• Involved in the recruitment process
• Solving problems or challenging situations
• Making sure staff is well trained and follows health and safety guidelines

What are we looking for:

• London experience and previous exposure to large operations is a must
• Familiar with London/UK food style
• High levels of standard and creativity
• Experience as a General Manager for an F&B or catering business
• Great organizational skills
• Good at communication
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Hands-on and commercial mentality
• Fluent in English
