Job Summary

Responsible for performing all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Resorts standards.

Requirement

  • Secondary / High school education.
  • Previous experience as a telephone operator within a hotel/Resort - desired
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of centralized telephone systems.
  • Skills in the operation of telephone equipment.
