As a Butler, you will ensure the guest experience is maintained to the highest level. You will coordinate all guest requests with the relevant service departments to create an unforgettable stay. By promoting facilities and excursions you will introduce guests to memorable experiences and maximize resort revenue.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Butler in a luxury / top Resort environment
• Great communication skills both in English and Korean
• Positive and respectful work ethic ensuring privacy and discretion of guests.
• Ability to multi-task, be proactive and have exceptional attention to detail.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with the ability to work under pressure.
• A charismatic, energetic approach to work with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly, plan in advance, and coordinate activities.
• Immaculate personal presentation
