The Seaside Hotel Collection includes a total of twelve exclusive resort and city hotels located in the Canary Islands, Spanish mainland, Germany and now in the Maldives!

For our 5-star luxury resort Finolhu Baa Atoll We are currently seeking a talented, experienced Butler - Russian Speaking to join our Front Office team.


Your tasks
  • Greet the guests on arrival, and offer island introduction or to escort the guests straight to their villas.
  • Check each villa personally, inspect if all the set up are according to Seaside Finolhu standards. 
  • Work closely with Room Attendant, and together take care of approximatively 7 villas. 
  • Assist guests with luggage, transport arrangements and booking and bid them farewell. 
  • Follow SOPs, update guest profile whenever interaction with them.
  • Offer personalized services such as unpacking / packing, organization of guests belongings, laundry pick up, based on the guests requirements.
  • Create extra special moments for the guests at any opportunity (special celebration).

Your profile
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.
  • Must possess excellent guest service skills.
  • A Butler certificate is a must.
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping is essential.
  • Fluent communication in English and Russian Language is a must.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal driven.
  • Comfortable living and working on the Island.
