Business Development Manager – Catering Operations

Job Role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team to contribute toward expanding our clientele and market share.

You will be the ambassador of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Our goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy in existing markets and new markets both on financial gain and client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify new markets, new clientele, customer needs, and new revenue streams.
  • Attend site visits, and meet with prospective clients to understand their exact requirement
  • Promote the company’s services and products addressing and or predicting the client’s needs and objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to the law- established rules and guidelines
  • Keep track of all sales pipelines, and client database
  • Conduct market research, and competitor analysis
  • Foster and build long-term trustworthy relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare fully compliant proposals and respond to tenders.

Job Requirement

  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Good understanding of the Oil & Gas market, Healthcare Market.
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and Excel is a must
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build rapport and negotiate
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BA Degree in Marketing and or Business Administration or similar is a plus
  • Work experience within the facility management, support service and catering would be preferable.
