JOB ROLE

As Bell Boy, you are responsible for handling with care and safely assisting the guests with their baggage/luggage, handbags, boxes, etc. From the entrance of the accommodation wing to the lobby to the guest room to uphold the policies and procedures as per the hotel standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be efficient and professional in dealing with situations involving any aspects of the Concierge section and where the reputation and image of the hotel is represented.
• Greets all guests at the main entrance politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk.
• Assists guests with their luggage for both check-in and check-out.
• Carries guests’ luggage to the room upon check-in and brings it down upon check-out.
• Briefs guests on the usage of light switches, TV, radio, Minibar, Telephone facilities and information on Quran, Prayer mat, etc.
• Controls usage of luggage room ensuring it is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Complies with the set functioning of the errand card.
• Cleans ashtrays and keeps lobby area neat and orderly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• With basic knowledge in concierge operation
• Secondary school certificate
• Minimum 1-year experience in the same position in a 5-star Hotel
