A great opportunity for a Banquet Manager with one of Papua New Guinea’s leading Luxury 5* Hotel Brand!
Salary Package: $21000 p/a plus full expat benefits
- We are looking for a dynamic and organized Banquet Manager to provide guests with a first-class banquet experience
- Must be from a 5* hotel/F&B background with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- You will work along side the respective department heads to control cost and quality of service
- Have extensive experience in managing large scale banquets within the budget
- Planning revenue layout and discussing sales contract details
- Have great communication, planning and time-management skills
