Assistant Training Manager

Welcome to the Emerald Maldives, a 5-star Deluxe All-Inclusive Resort and a proud member of The Leading Hotels of the World. Located on the Raa Atoll, in the northern part of the Maldives archipelago, this Deluxe All-Inclusive Resort is surrounded by 1.5 kms of soft white sand on a lush private 20 hectares island and features 120 villas, 60 of which are located on the island and 60 directly on the sea.

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare the training room and deliver training programmes
    • Being versatile in delivering training programmes
    • Follow-up on management training activities and departmental training
    • Keep all the documentation up-to-date
    • Track overall training and training results
    • Prepare and update training tools
    • Prepare monthly training calendar
    • Track & check departmental trainings
    • Coordinate external trainings
    • Perform regular spot checks: grooming, product knowledge, LQA standards, etc
    • Lead by example and promote Emerald’s core values
