- As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and assist the Restaurant Manager with menu planning, staff training and financial performance
- Minimum of 4 years job related experience and from a fine dining, luxury, stand-alone restaurant, or 5* hotel background
- Ensure smooth preparation of the restaurant side-stations, mise en place and table set-up
- Maintaining outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, menu, and service rotation
- Have attention to detail and ensure proper appearance and grooming standards
- A strong leader with the ability to delegate and can take initiative
