You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Assistant Manager - Training is responsible to assist the Director of Human Resources in the efficient running of the Training Department.
Passionate and enthusiastic in training delivery.
Experience in designing training content, delivering classroom and online led training sessions is required
Excellent presentation skills, communication and people skills required
Knowledge of effective learning tools
Should be accountable and have ability to prioritize tasks
Should be proactive and innovative
Good working knowledge in MS Office
Experience with LMS is an added advantage
