We are looking for a professional Female Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to assist with the management and daily operations of all food and beverage protocols. You will work in the food service facilities of the establishment, reporting directly to the food and beverage manager. You will need to be adaptable with your work shedule and able to work shifts and during weekdays and weekends.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Management - lead and supervise other staff members
Training - Create and implement training for team on a regular basis
Customer service - to interact with guests regularly, greeting them and addressing their needs
Analytical skills - to assist in the day-to-day logistics of food service and to increase productivity and guest satisfaction
Communication - to relay information to managers and staff, provide training, and interact with customers
Problem-solving - to solve customer complaints and provide aid to staff members
Planning - Plans and oversees F&B services for special events and banquets.
The goal is to ensure impeccable service, maximize guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations leadership role preferably in luxury hospitality environments
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent guest service skills
