Assistant Bar Manager

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is currently looking for Assistant Bar Manager

The role is responsible for managing the business aspects of the bar, overseeing the Bar team in multiple outlets at the Resort, Training the team and ensuring all the guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. Managing Inventory and resources, working closely with Food & Beverage Manager for planning promotional events.

* Mixologist background or Bar management experience is generally preferred

* Strong understanding of business management & revenue principles

* ability to diffuse tense situation and resolve conflict

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
