Universal Orlando Resort believes in-person collaboration is key to our success. Many of our Team Members work in a hybrid capacity, contributing from the workplace a minimum of three days per week. JOB SUMMARY: Creates and implements pricing strategy for the hotels at Universal Orlando and conducts a wide variety of financial analyses and reporting.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop price recommendations for both leisure and group rate programs utilizing elasticity models, trend analysis, and competitive comparisons.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of current and past rate programs in order to guide pricing decisions.
- Prepare/update pricing plans and schedules for marketing needs.
- Complete ad hoc analyses relating to pricing opportunities across all of the resort hotels.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree required.
EXPERIENCE:3+ years of experience in pricing role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
