Head Pastry Chef
Charterhouse is working with a leading restaurant group in Bahrain who is looking to hire a Head Pastry Chef to oversee their central pastry kitchen supplying in excess of 25 outlets and catering across multiple brands and cuisines.
To be considered for this role you will have experience in French patisserie as well as development of new desserts, pastries and bread products. Ideally having progressed in your career to the level of Head Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef, you will have a highly diverse and creative portfolio.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years experience and preferably be working as a Head Pastry Chef in your current role. This position really needs someone that has great team spirit and leadership skills, bringing a positive energy to the diverse team.
As the cuisines across the group vary preference will be given to individuals showcasing extensive creativity and diversity across all pastry sections.
