  • Salary: Up to US$60,000 Net + Accommodation for Expats (local Thai nationals are not provided accommodation)
  • Candidate can be Single or Married (no children)
  • Candidate MUST be presently working as a General Manager who has gained strong exposure within a high-end serviced apartment property or resorts which offer lease of condos/villas to long-stay guests
  • Candidate MUST strong experience with sales and marketing, training and development, managing financials, health and safety guideline implementation and ability to interact and build strong relations with guests, owners and stakeholders
  • Candidate MUST be able to promote and develop the brand

We are looking for a highly skilled General Manager to lead and manage operations for a high-end serviced apartment property located in Bangkok, Thailand. The property has been recently opened and will offer quality services in Food and Beverage, accommodation, and conference and banqueting facilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate will currently be working as a General Manager in Thailand
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality
  • Candidates should be holding a General Manager position for at least the last 6-8 years
  • Candidate MUST have very strong serviced apartments experience and exceptional knowledge of developing the brand using exceptional Sales and Marketing experience to drive promotions and bottom line revenue
  • Proven track record with regards to cost control
  • Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
  • Very energetic, highly visible and very PR orientated
  • Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
  • Strong financial skills
  • Able to manage multi-cultural teams
