Job Description

 

The Radisson Blu Hotel & Park Inn by Radisson Abu Dhabi Yas Island is offering a great opportunity for passionate and dynamic professionals to join our Pastry team in the position of Commis I.

Commis I - Pastry

As a Commis II you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as; Support Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operations, Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel , Control food stock and food cost in your section and ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Desired candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar position with skills in Pastry, good command of English, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, passion for food, show professional “Yes I Can” attitude and be used to work with a flexible schedule.
