We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Revenue Management professionals who pride themselves on their ability to increase the revenue through innovative strategies and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As an Area Director of Revenue, you are responsible to lead the development, implementation and measurement of all Revenue Management and E-Distribution activities. The role involves adherence to Rotana policies and development of strategies that optimize revenue capture through the existing demand from all revenue channels and will include key responsibilities such as:

• Direct the implementation of transient / group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies designed to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective
• Consult the Corporate Director of Revenue & E-Distribution on rate / inventory suitable for all the properties in the region
• Analyze the area and hotel’s revenue management success by reporting their results as measured by Rotana mandatory metrics achievement to establish goals
• Ensure accurate input of data and report generation in PRS / PMS / GDS / WWW
• Complete and analyze Month End Reports and put together monthly Revenue Management Recap for the region
• Direct the management and monitoring of Central Reservation Systems and GDS systems production to maintain consistency with property level inventory strategies and demand time periods
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and Business Mix

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should be preferably a Hotel Management graduate specialized in Revenue Management or graduated from a reputed Revenue Management university with a minimum of five years work experience in the similar filed. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience in Opera is a must.
