Job Location

Copthorne Hotel Dubai is a 4 star hotel comprising 210 spaciously comfortable rooms and suites, offering spectacular views over Dubai Creek from private balconies plus a selection of dining venues and meeting facilities. Two restaurants serving International cuisine and Portuguese inspired cooking complement the warm Arabian hospitality offered by a multilingual team of well trained. It is ideally located in the heart of the city's commercial district; just minutes walk from the Dubai Creek, ten minutes away from Dubai International Airport and within walking distance to the Metro Station and Deira City Center.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to all calls in a pleasant, clear, confident manner observing the company standard in handling calls.
  • Accept and accurately record all calls/messages and requests received on the extension.
  • Relay messages and guest requests in a timely manner to the relevant department.
  • Follow up to ensure request has been carried out and confirm that the guest's needs have been satisfied.
  • Pass any comments from the guest regarding the services received to the Front Office Manager or Night Manager on duty.
  • Handle general guest inquiries regarding hotel and its facilities, daily events and functions taking place.


  • Preferably Arabic speaking
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in diverse environment
  • Able to work with minimum or no supervision
