Client Relationship Manager
This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to utilize his/her Revenue Management Skills but would like a career change and move on from working on property.
The role would involve working with a wide range of multi-national hotel chains, training and technology solutions.
The Client Relationship Manager would bring innovation and clarity to the client’s experience of working with the revenue management company. With the highest quality service and support to clients at the corporate and property level, the Client Relation Manager develops and maintains a strong ongoing relationship with each assigned client, which results in high client retention rates.
The successful candidate would have strong Hotel Revenue background with minimum of 2 years in the Management position, as well as account management or client management experience.
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English is a must, proficiency in MS Windows, MS Office software suite. Experience with Revenue Management systems and with Hotel Systems (PMS, CRS, GDS).
Excellent package with base salary of USD 58,000- 61,000 p/a, local term.
