Our new innovative concept inspired by the blending of Japanese and American cuisines is coming to life and we are are seeking talented, creative and passionate Sushi Chefs to join our new opening team. You will have spent a majority, if not your entire career cooking within high end Japanese influenced casual restaurants and be versed in all aspects of the sushi kitchen; maki, temaki, sashimi, nigiri and posses a solid knowledge of the Agemono section
An understanding of balancing the delicate line of customer expectations, costs and creativity together with your ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced kitchen will be highly regarded as will your ability to solve problems quickly and professionally. A can do attitude, an open and approachable communication style together with your quest for constant exceptional service and customer focus will contribute to the success of our new fusion concept.
