Supervising the ware washing activities of the Stewards under his shift, participate in the activities of his staff. Supervise the steward to maintain clean work area. Routinely check the dishwasher. Assist on proper handling of operating equipment. Prepare other kitchen equipment. Train and assist staff on proper cleaning method.
1. At least High Vocational diploma in any discipline
2. Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience. Exposure in kitchen operation is a must
3. Good knowledge of the cleaning equipment
4. Ability to communicate basic English
5. Good planning and interpersonal skills.
6. Physically strong
