TRYP by Wyndham Dubai – Opening June 2017
With 650 guest rooms including 24 suites, the four-star TRYP by Wyndham Dubai is currently planned to be the largest TRYP by Wyndham hotel in the world! Located in the heart of the Al Barsha South business district, the hotel will be within easy reach of attractions including Mall of the Emirates and Palm Jumeirah. Hotel facilities will include designated meeting space, a spa, gymnasium and a variety of food and beverage outlets including a tapas restaurant and all-day dining restaurant, as well as a coffee shop, lounge area and bar.
What will you be doing as Front Office Manager?
As Front Office Manager you will perform key functions of the room’s management operations, administration and training for all TRYPsters working in this department. Focus on all aspects of the management taking in consideration customer needs, and prevailing trends. You will interface with the Hotel Manager to report on daily operations, including budgets, departmental expenses as well as updates and changes made to, service sequences, promotions, events, challenges and successes. Needless to say our Front Office Manager will maintain excellent relations and communications with Departmental Teams well as all other hotel departments.

- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years in a similar role
- Communication skills are key
- Extensive working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office
- Pre-opening experience considered an advantage but not essential
