You will be a part of our award winning Culinary team and will be reporting to the Sushi Head Chef.

Job Description

Your Main Duties will be:
Prepare the different types of rolls typically found in a sushi restaurant to a high quality standard of ingredients and appearance.
You will be working closely with all food outlets and be part of menu designing.
Innovation and dedication to quality are must qualities that you will bring with you.
Ensure the smooth and timely production of sushi items.
Maintain the production standards to assume the role of Chef de Partie in his absence.
Ensure proper daily preparation of food production items with the kitchen stations to exceed guest satisfaction and expectation.
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.


We want you to be passionate, innovative, and creative and to have an excellent eye for detail.
At least 3 years of experience on Sushi at 5 star hotel property.
High school or equivalent education required (Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred).
Prioritize everyday preparation to a very high standard, which goes hand in hand with a high level of service execution and hygiene.
