This is a truly exciting and unique opportunity to be part of a new team, working with globally recognised brands in delivering the right strategy across the MEA/Indian Ocean region.

The position will involve working closely with on-property teams, senior regional sales and operational directors to deliver a strategy and support for existing and during the pre-opening of the planned hotels.

It is not a customer facing role, but experience of working in the Middle East is vital in order to understand the environment and clients operating in the five star brands.  Experience of having worked in the luxury segment is highly desirable, but the client will consider a very experienced person who may not have the full luxury career but has both the polish to work in this segment and meets the other pre-requiste criteria. Likewise, it is important that the person is already in a multi-unit role, with an innate understanding of market trends in different locations and demonstrable commercial aptitude  They will also need to be competent, confident and capable in communicating and, where relevant, driving the luxury sales strategies appropriate to each, particular hotel.
