The Global Voyage Leadership Development Program is a 12-18 month branded program designed to attract talent for entry-level leadership positions. This is accomplished by offering a structured curriculum, which is a combination of hands-on, discipline-specific training and a leadership focused curriculum, all accessed through custom technology.

Through innovative social collaboration tools, Voyagers have the opportunity to network with colleagues around the globe and engage with senior Marriott executives through an Executive Leadership Speaker Series. Voyagers also get to compete globally to manage a hotel through Marriott's virtual hotel simulator, a unique and exciting gaming experience.

Eligible external candidates are university students who will be graduating, or have graduated, within 12 months of applying. Eligible external candidates may also include graduating university students that are participating in a Marriott internship or working part time for Marriott while attending school.

This standard applies to all brands and all Marriott managed locations. In all cases where local laws impose standards upon Company businesses or business operations which differ from the standards contained in this policy, the applicable local law will take precedence over this policy.
