Opened on the 15th of August 2013 and with an unparalleled address at the heart of the spectacular Abu Dhabi Corniche, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi provides easy access to everything that this incredible city has to offer. In the heart of the business and cultural districts the hotel is a short distance from the magnificent Abu Dhabi Mosque, the city's many shopping malls, golf courses, museums and major attractions, including the incredible Formula One Grand Prix circuit and Ferrari World on Yas Island. Sales team is responsible for the overall selling of the Hotel and will conduct site inspections, meet with clients, present rate proposals and actively ensure that Hotel Sales Targets are met or exceeded.

Job Description

•Manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/ key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives.
•Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner.
•Proactively prospecting new accounts, and following sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts.
•Take personal responsibility to ensure that Standards are maintained and that the system is utilized to its full capacity.
•Maintain up-to-date activity and rate information for each account.
•Understand and be in a position to action any group and events enquiries and ensure accurate hand over and follow up to Events Team.
•Attend any trade fairs as a representative of the properties, ensuring that the quality image of the Hotels is portrayed, and that every opportunity is taken to promote the 2 Hotels and Starwood

•To take personal responsibility for understanding the Sales plan and the required budgetary guidelines of the Hotel, to enable empowered decisions in all rate negotiations.
•Follow process to communicate to relevant departments to ensure contracted Leisure accounts are properly handled from reservations, confirmation to client to billing.


Bachelor degree required. Additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred.
