Duties and responsibilities


·  Directs the work assignments of supervisory & non-
supervisory personnel.

· Monitors housekeeping personnel to ensure that all
rooms - especially those of SCC members, known repeat guests and other VIP’s,
receive proper attention.

· Works closely with laundry dept, the Engineering and
the Front Office departments and maintain open channels of communication.

· Inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that all
furnishings, facilities and equipment are clean and good repair.

· Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms,
appearance, posture and conduct of Housekeeping personnel

Similar experience working in the same
position within a 5* hotel for 2 – 3 years, willing to work in a shifting
schedule. It is also essential that you have a good command of the English
language (verbal and written) and knowledge
