Barista - Coffee Maker
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;
- To keep the bar and equipment’s clean all the time.
- Ability to make coffee in a good time.
- Maintain record and control of bar stock.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- Plan, organize, and control the operations
- Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
- Create drink recipes if required.
- Serve of all hot and cold beverages during restaurant opening hours.
- Ability to provide quality customer service and demonstrated knowledge of Coffee products and equipment
- Provide technical guidance to new team member and assist in the training program
- Design menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Organize any coffee machine maintenance including audits
- Prepare and present inputs related to organizational/ departmental/ project budgets to the next reporting line
