Should have at least 2 years experience in similar and/or related field in a 5* hotel, fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
Under the guidance of the Spa Supervisor, the Spa Receptionist is responsible to welcome clients and guests into the reception, responding to all enquiries and providing full personal consultation while maintaining set standards..
- To be responsible for the daily operations of the reception desk during spa operation times.
- Greet & bid farewell to every member, potential member & guest, with a smile, eye contact, & a friendly verbal greeting, using the member’s name when possible.
- Answer the telephone within three rings in the correct manner & give clear & friendly response to all queries.
- Attend to waiting members & guests as quickly as possible & actively listen & respond positively to questions, concerns & requests using brand or property specific processes, to resolve issues
- Promote all retail & merchandise items, & stock control of all retail products & merchandise
- Work in conjunction with other areas in the spa to promote our spa, and support the achievement of a high quality lifestyle provision.
