The venue will have a varied wine menu and a cocktail list fusing fruits, herbs and spices from the Levant creating an uplifting offering that matches perfectly to the light and elegant food.
A service style that is charming and warm with the skill of classic French training offering the table a little piece of exposure to Levant hospitality guiding the guest through the meal to elevate their dining experience and these are the qualities we are looking for in our team as well as an in depth knowledge of Levant cuisine as well as upscale service style.
