Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing. Provide the strategic vision for maximum hotel sales generation and optimal revenue growth.
  • Lead a talented sales team. Foster an environment driven by the art of ALL possible, where talented, driven professionals join, learn, exceed their best and achieve success. You lead by paving the way, empowering individuals to achieve excellence.
  • Effectively channeling your knowledge to exceed competition.
  • Achieve the maximum optimum revenues using all available resources driven by factual market data and competition set to excel, innovate and bring business to excellence level.
  • Forge relationships and build rapport. Cultivate, enhance and leverage external and internal relationships to elevate hotel and market share awareness and drive business.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure the sales plan is on budget to meet or exceed revenue expectations and profile goals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing in luxury hotel
  • Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure at all times
