At the moment we're
looking for a Restaurant Manager,
Anise - All Day Dining
to
join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at InterContinental
Hotels Dubai Festival City
.



 



This role, reports
directly to the Food & Beverage Manager InterContinental Hotels Dubai
Festival City and as the Restaurant
Manager
you will manage the Restaurant operations achieving business
objectives through customer focused service delivery, promotes the desired work
culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and
Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.                



 



The key responsibilities
are:



 



  • 'Hands on' management of the
    daily service of the hotel restaurant.

  • Oversee the implementation of
    service and brand standards.

  • Sharing recommendations and
    guest comments with the Executive Chef and F&B
    Management team.

  • Developing and implementing a
    promotions calendar for F&B products and Events.

  • Conducting competitor
    analysis and be aware of local market initiatives.

  • Managing outlet costs to
    within the management guidelines.

  • Analyzing food and beverage
    statistics through point of sale system.

  • Monitoring performance of the
    restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results.

  • Assisting in maintaining
    and enforcing procedures to ensure the security of
    monies, credit and financial transaction, replenish
    supplies, inventory, uniforms etc. in a timely and efficient
    manner, and to minimize waste and control costs.

  • Ensuring that all restaurant
    equipment is in proper operational condition and is cleaned on a
    regular basis.
  • Upselling property facilities.
  •  



     



    Ideally, you'll have some or all of the
    following qualifications and experience we're looking for:



     



    ·       Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Hotel Administration, or two to
    four years demonstrable work experience in a leadership role or equivalent.



    ·         Minimum 3 years
    of experience as a Restaurant Manager including one year as all day dining
    Restaurant Manager.



    ·         Poses great leadership
    skills & excellent communication skills.



    ·        Possess strong organizational,
    coordination, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills



    ·         A dynamic team player
