  • Offers discerning business travelers, Emirati’s and local residents a distinctive, high quality, value for money product experience supported by efficient and friendly service. 
  • Ensures guests check-in, room escort, tour of the house for hotel guests and visitors. 
  • Attends to guest comments/complaints/inquiries and takes action accordingly.  
  • Maintains the guest history and monitors guest preferences during their stay.


  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).  Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Excellent technical skills in Fidelio and computer skills.
  • Has exceptional ability to handle customer complaints.
  • Ability to do Customer Service training would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety, Fire Safety procedures.
