Job Description

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1/2 year experience in butchery.
  • Junior staff member of the kitchen
  • Assists the Demi Chef with preparation.
  • Cut or prepare meats specification for the hotel needs.
  • Prepare various cuts of meat as required.
  • Store meat in chiller or freezers at required temperature.
  • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation.
  • Actively participates in hygiene and HACCP programs
  • Understand of good hygiene practice standards.
  • Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
