- 1/2 year experience in butchery.
- Junior staff member of the kitchen
- Assists the Demi Chef with preparation.
- Cut or prepare meats specification for the hotel needs.
- Prepare various cuts of meat as required.
- Store meat in chiller or freezers at required temperature.
- Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation.
- Actively participates in hygiene and HACCP programs
- Understand of good hygiene practice standards.
- Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
