Seeking an experienced candidate with city centre, 5* hotel experience, understanding all business mix segments and keen to take on a new challenge, maintaining existing clients and developing mew markets.

It is essential that candidates are eligible to work in Europe, but currently may be working in other European or international locations demonstrating complementary experience of how to drive business in an evolving and competitive market. The competition is not only the neighbouring hotels but also other sought after MICE and leisure destinations.

Interested candidates will have had a minimum of three years' experience at DOSM, within a larger corporate and meeting orientated hotel.  But with sound knowledge of the important leisure segment to develop further. Ideally, they will be strong on the corporate and/or MICE segment but knowledge of the Embassy, government and international markets including the GCC and/or Middle East would be highly advantageous.

With a proven track record in leading a large team across sales, marketing/PR and catering sales, they will be expected to direct, motivate and empower the team, working closely with the Revenue Manager who reports directly to the GM.
