As a Captain you will be part of the Outside Catering Team.

Job Description

As a Captain you are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverage items to our guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the setup of the tables and station preparation prior to service, making sure the restaurant is tidy and neat throughout the service hours and controlling guest checks and payments. You will communicate with your direct colleagues as well as the kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction. A true customer service oriented approach is essential for this role. May be indoor or outdoor setting.

You demonstrate team spirit, cooperation and you are flexible. You should be passionate, innovative, and must have an excellent eye to detail.
High school degree or equivalent education is required (Apprenticeship Program preferred).
Previous work experience in the Middle East is beneficial.
A minimum of two years’ experience in food & beverage is required.
Proficiency in the English Language is required. Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered a great asset.
