- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry.

- He should have experienced in Barbecue Meats and Steak House and this African Theme Restaurants.

- Minimum 3 years of association as Executive Chef with multi Restaurants.

- Extremely sound knowledge in all the functional areas of kitchen operations, particularly costing,  

   quality control, menu planning, budgeting, staff training, etc.
