Head Chef Belgian Café
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have Head Chef experience but you could also be an ambitious Sous Chef, who has familiarity in working in a franchise environment, delivering exciting and creative food, building rapport & relationships with franchise partners, can buy in to a brand and understand what needs to be delivered and how.
The important part is that you are creative, have an open mind, can think outside the box and are passionate about creating and delivering Belgian/Dutch and northern European food!
You will have the usual skills required for a role like this, great interpersonal skills, a team player, outgoing and able to deal with both customers and your colleagues alike, and be able to organize and react quickly to difficult situations and the many changes and challenges that we face each day. You will be hands on, be able to work closely with your team and live and breathe the operation every day! You will also be able to train and develop them to deliver results, whilst also keeping an eye on their personal development. Finally, you must be able to do the math, manage our costs, understand how to develop menus and understand what our customers want. Last, and certainly not least, a smile is very important!
