  At the moment we're looking for a Duty Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our
energetic, enthusiastic and passionate Housekeeping team, based at Holiday Inn
Bur Dubai - Embassy District

Proximity to Dubai International Airport and Dubai International Exhibition
Centre positions the hotel as the ideal choice for Corporate & Leisure
markets.



 



  At the
moment we're looking for a Duty
Manager (Arabic Speaker)
to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate Front Office
team, based at Holiday Inn Downtown Dubai.




As Duty Manager, you will be involved in all matters affecting
guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention
and personal recognition throughout the hotel.  In addition, you will
respond to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise; supervise,
direct and support Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations and
Reservations teams during peak periods, assist Guest Relations in greeting,
rooming, and sending off VIP guests, conduct daily departmental briefings and
provides input for regular Front Office meetings.   



Qualifications:



 



·         A minimum of 2 year experience as a shift
supervisor, Duty Manager or Night Manager in a similar operation.



·         Excellent customer relations, problem solving and
time management skills



·         Have a working knowledge of hotel property
management systems such as Brilliant and an understanding of point of sales
systems such as Micros.
